Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

I've never had a chicken fajita before so I wasn't sure about these, but they turned out really yummy and had SO much flavor!

1 yellow onion, sliced
3 sweet peppers, sliced (I used orange, yellow, and red)
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth, depending on preference
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cumin
1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
squirt of lime juice
Tortillas
Fajita fixings

Combine sliced veggies in the bottom of a greased crock pot. Lay chicken on top and pour chicken brother over top. Sprinkle everything with the seasonings and then give a nice squirt of lime juice over top. Cover and cook on low 4-8 hours until meat is shreddable. Shred the chicken and stir back into juices. Serve chicken on tortillas with desired toppings.
