Chicken-Stuffing Casserole

I make this a lot. I just love how easy it is and how great it tastes. This is a great quick meal for those crazy nights! To make it go faster, have chicken precooked and stored in freezer to pull out and defrost when needed.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
diced, cooked chicken
1 box stove top stuffing
ritz crackers

Prepare stuffing according to box directions. Combine soup and sour cream. Place stuffing on bottom of dish and then add layers of chicken, then the soup and sour cream mixture. Mix crumbled Ritz crackers with some butter and sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
