Rigatoni

This here recipe is BY FAR the most requested of my recipes from my husband, college roommates, and toddler! :) It is also one of the easiest things ever! My husband claims that he can never have normal spaghetti again and enjoy it :) This sauce is delicious and yet so easy! I personally love it served over actual rigatoni noodles, my husband likes it over regular spaghetti noodles. It can really be served over any kind of noodle, whatever you have on hand! I love to have this with some garlic bread!


1 pkg. cream cheese
1 Pack Mozzarella cheese
1 jar of Prego (or any Spaghetti sauce of your choice)
1 Box of Rigatoni noodles (can use any type of noodle)
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
While cooking noodles, brown/cook meat. Once meat is cooked, add cream cheese, Prego and ½ of the Mozzarella cheese and stir til melted through. The sauce will become creamy and delicious!! Then add sauce to cooked noodles and top with remaining cheese.
