This kind of dish is a favorite of my husband. He LOVES chicken, he LOVES cheese, he LOVES LOVES LOVES broccoli and he Loves Rice.... so when I saw this on pinterest I knew he would love it and so I couldn't wait to make it. This did NOT disappoint. In fact, my husband declared it a new favorite.... he even said it might have beat out his other favorite dish that is almost identical to this (when he said that I was shocked because he loves that other dish!). So make this! It's SOOOO easy (I love using the crock pot!).
I found the recipe HERE
3-4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz an cheddar soup
1 14 oz can chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic seasoning
1 cup sour cream
6 cups broccoli florets, just fork tender
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cooked rice
Place raw chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix soups and broth and the salt and garlic seasoning together until smooth. Pour over top the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Once chicken is cooked, use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Then add in the sour cream and broccoli. Serve over cooked rice and top with cheese.
