Chicken bacon Ranch pasta (crock pot!)

I found this on pinterest and was intrigued because it was "healthified" :) It turned out yummy, the only thing I will change next time is not add as much ranch seasoning as it made the dish to salty for my tastes (the comments also noted this but I like to follow the recipe exactly at first and then make changes). If you like chicken/bacon/ranch combos (like my husband!) you will love this! Plus it is easy because it is mostly done in the crock pot!

I found this recipe HERE

2 turkey bacon strips cooked and diced {I added 4 strips because my husband is a bacon fanatic!)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 package ranch dressing mix (next time I will add only 1/2 the package I think)
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 cup fat-free sour cream
16 oz. chicken breasts, frozen or defrosted/raw
8 oz. pasta (I used whole wheat penne), cooked

Combine the first five ingredients. Place frozen or defrosted/raw chicken in slowcooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and pour sauce over the top (do NOT include water like the can mentions). Cook on high for 3.5 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. Cook pasta per package instructions on stove. Serve chicken over pasta
