These are my mom's favorite sugar cookies because they are super soft and fluffy. If you are more of the hard sugar cookie type, these aint your thing! :) These are so yummy!!
1 cup butter 2 cup sugar
2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream 4 ½ cup flour
4 tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
Cream first 5 ingredients. Then add dry ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight. Roll out dough to desired width (not too thin). Place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 5-8 minutes.
