Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies

I got this recipe at a Cooking bridal shower I had and they are so yummy!!!


1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 package mini reeses peanut butter cups

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, then add eggs and vanilla and mix together well. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Form dough into 1 ½ to 2 inch balls, place in un-greased muffin tins. Bake 8-10 minutes; let cool one minute and the press a peanut butter cup upside down into the cookie.
