Pudding Salad

2 cups water
1 lg. (l oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. cook vanilla pudding
1 (8oz.) cool whip
1 lg. (6oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
2 (12 oz.) cans mandarin oranges drained

In medium sauce pan bring water, vanilla pudding, and tapioca pudding mix to a boil, add gelatin mix and return to a boil. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight. Beat gelatin mixture with electric beaters until smooth. Fold in cool whip and fruit.
