Lemon Bundt Cake

I got this recipe at my bridal shower from some women from my home ward. I made this pretty soon into our marriage and I was very impressed! It was an extremely moist and delicious cake! I loved the flavor of it!

1 lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water

Mix ingredients and put into a sprayed bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Wait 10 minutes then remove from pan.

Frosting:
2 Tbsp butter
2-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
whip in powder sugar to drizzle

They also provided variations to try:
For a poppy seed cake use a french vanilla cake mix with french vanilla pudding and 2 Tbls poppy seeds
For a chocolate cake use a devils food cake mix and milk chocolate pudding
