Cheesy Chicken Veggie Chowder

This is another recipe that comes from my friend Yvonne over at triedandtasty.com. This chowder has incredible flavor and is super easy because it is cooked in the crockpot!


1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of chicken
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
3 c. diced potatoes
2 c. cooked chicken (fried with garlic and onions), cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. broccoli
1/2 can corn
Mix all but last three ingredients (cheese, broccoli, and corn) in Crock Pot on low for 6-7 hours. Add cheese, broccoli, and corn and cook on high for the last 45 minutes.
