Not everyone loves a Tuna Casserole. But this one... it usually is a hit with everyone!

Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles (or other pasta)
- 1, 10.75 oz, can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 (6 oz) cans chunk light tuna, drained
- 1, 15 oz, can corn drained, or 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
TOPPING: - 3/4 cup soft white or wheat bread, plus 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- OR 3/4 cup crushed potato chips
- OR 3/4 cup french fried onions
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish
- Cook the noodles according to package directions
- Meanwhile, heat the soup, sour cream, milk and mayo in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir to combine. Mix in the tuna, corn or peas, 1 cup of the cheese, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Stir until heated through.
- Add the drained noodles into tuna mixture. Mix and pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 up of cheese over top and then add topping of your choice (bread crumbs, potato chips, french fried onions)
- Bake 10-15 more minutes.
