My sisters and I did a "Holiday Baking Day" last year and a cheeseball was one of the things I wanted to try. I can't believe I haven't ever made one before then. Not only are they SUPER easy, they are so dang delicious! I am looking forward to making this again and again for years to come!!

Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon bits, separated (I used the real bacon bits from the store but I can already imagine how amazing fresh bacon would be in this!)
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium size mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning and dill with a hand mixer (I used my Bosch)
- Stir in shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon bits until combined
- Place cheese mixture on a sheet of saran wrap and form into a ball
- refrigerate for at least one hour
- remove from fridge, and place chopped pecans and remaining 1/2 cup bacon on a plate
- Roll cheese ball in nuts and bacon until well coated
- Serve with crackers and be happy!
