Oh my goodness!!! My sister-in-law Rylee made this for our New Year's Eve celebration and I think I ate the most out of everyone!! There is something amazing about chips and dip but this dip was just outstanding!!!! I made it for my family and it was loved by all! Such a fun twist to regular chips and salsa or velveeta! Try it!!
1 lb. Bulk jimmy dean regular sausage
2 large tomatoes (seeded)
2 green onions chopped
16 oz sour cream
1 green pepper
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans green chiles (start with ½ can and go from there)
Mix everything together- you can use microwave, crockpot or stove.
Serve with chips
