Easy Chicken Enchiladas

These enchiladas are SO DANG EASY!!! I love making these because they are so easy and they taste so good! My husband loves enchilada's and he loves these!!! A very quick meal to throw together and pop in the oven! To make it even easier pre-cook chicken and shred and store in freezer for meals like this.
You can either use ground beef or chicken. I always use chicken when I make these.

Ground beef or cooked, shredded chicken (for filling)
Flour tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can olives
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
shredded cheese

Mix enchilada sauce and soup together. Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of sauce on top and spread it around. Then place some chicken or hamburger down the middle and put on desired toppings (olives, onion, pepper, cheese). Roll up and place seam side down in a 9x13 pan. Pour left over sauce and cheese over shells and garnish with olives if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
